Yahoo adsense is really called Yahoo Publisher network . You can signup for yahoo adsense on yahoo publisher network site.

Yahoo publisher network is very strict and they don't approve applications very easily. What i find they monitor site activity for period of 2 weeks for indexing and content updates. Based on my personal experience i am going to mention some tricks to get faster approval on my blog.
